My name is Nicole Hsin Lin, Kidwoman is a nickname I made for myself because I love to think as a kid and a woman at the same time. I believe when our appearances grow up with ages, we can still keep our souls young as long as we want to.
I was born in Taiwan, came to U.S for graduate school after college. My first stop was Kentucky; everyone always asks me why I chose to go there. I didn’t choose it, it chose me. I flew more than 24 hours from the biggest city on a small island to a small town in the biggest country on Earth. it was an very interesting 1.5 years for me, even I was too young to appreciate the beauty there, but now I actually feel grateful that I had the chance.

I didn’t go to school for arts but I always have great passion on it, so I studied myself, and I am still studying for improving myself to be better and better. I love drawing, a good illustration shows you emotions, feelings and stories. I love writing, a good story tells you lives and loves.
It’s a blessing if you have decided to live your life by keeping chasing your dreams, it might be hard, it might feel impossible, people might say a lot to discourage you; however, you should learn to love your journey and love your stories, make them into a beautiful illustration. A beautiful illustration that makes people smile and be proud of you.
